The Dwarven Wedding Session 25
Session #25 of The Dwarven Wedding.

Summary
Seeing Torunn, Lem announces to the group that he must go. He didn't feel welcomed... or needed. Before he leaves, Lem singles out Luana and explains to her, and the rest of the group, about why he has to leave. He has a family back in South Kase that he needs to rescue. They were taken by the Melilth family to "be raised up" but he knows that means they might be dead. He needs to go find out.
After hearing Lem's story, Luana tries to stop him from leaving, but he's was too fast.
After Lem leaves, Remnant pulls out his battle bot from his chest, which he has imbued Find Familiar within. He has named it Fluffy.
The group begins to walk towards the city, but Remnant hears a voice in his head. A dwarf is contacting him. He reveals himself and two twin Dwarves--Belkas Haral, Jorn and Balan Barakul. Belkas explains that the city is dangerous and that the group needs to come to a hidden settlement where the surviving Dwarves of Torunn have been living their days.
The group follows. The settlement houses over 1000 dwarves, but many have left over the last 4000 years. They make their way through a semi-known path, south toward the forest of Vi'leigh. Belkas hears the groups plan to head to the city and he believes their meeting was divine. A traveller arrived a week prior looking to enter the city, his name... Veiko.
Veiko is a half-orc who followed his god's words toward the city. He has a serious beef with Lolth.
After speaking with Belkas and a priestess, Ortza, they determine the best time to enter the city is in 3 days.
Luana and Veiko talk. It's weird and sort of flirty1?
Meanwhile, Hadarri and Remnant go on a tour of this "temporary" settlement. Hadarri asks to see Remnant's little bot, Fluffy. He wants to try this "Find Familiar" thing on his polar bear, Ceran.
The group visits a magic shop run by Talla Hardwick. Luana buys leather armor, 5 sleep darts, and 5 potions of Greater Healing. Verity gets half-plate armor. Remnant gets a +1 Flaming Longsword.
The gang discusses strategy on how to approach the city. Belkas says there’s an underground path that leads directly to Kharza-khad’s temple. Belkas suggests Jorn and Belal go with the group.
Veiko reveals he is following a god who is trying to prevent the end of the world by killing the god causing it.
