The Dwarven Wedding Session 23
Session #23 of The Dwarven Wedding.

Summary
Following the battle with the Ropers, our heroes move forward to the next point on their map1.
They arrive at a metal door embedded within a large metal wall--the wall looks as if it as been built into the rock. After investigation of this door (transmutation magic), Hadarri manages to open it with ease.
Inside the room, there is a spotlight pointed on a Drider who appears to be asleep. After some discussion, the group enters the room. Within the room, there are 6 suits of armor standing guard. As the group enters the room, the armor shifts as if watching them.
They speak to the Drider. He is named Dra'kar and has been turned into this beast by Kharza-khad, who he betrayed. He names Torunn as Mis Kadah, the name given to the city by the drow who rule there. It means "Bringer of Power" in elven.
He does not believe he can leave, and tells the group to go. The armor will prevent him from leaving. As the group goes to leave, the armor come to life and a fight breaks out. The armor split their attention between our heroes and Dra'kar, attempting to beat the Drider into submission--a task Dra'kar said was a regular occurrence.
After a short moment, the armor are destroyed. Hadarri looks into the armor to find they were made by Kharza-khad.
The group decides to take a rest in the metal room with the Drider, who is barely conscious.
Outside of the room, towards the exit, the group hears howling.
