The Dwarven Wedding Session 20
Session #20 of The Dwarven Wedding.

Summary
After some backtracking (and finding Redfurl), the gang runs into a young shifter named Bartrek who is from an underground city called Zircon. He informs them that the city is two days travel away. Luana senses something strange about the pendant she picked up in the locked dungeon room.
Once our heroes reach Zircon, Bartrek gives our heroes a massive amount of jewels1 as payment, which they refuse as too much. Bartrek is confused as these are standard currency in Zircon. He informs them that they smell like surface dwellers and that everyone in Zircon is peaceful; just trying to survive. The town is made up of a few Dwarves and many Shifters and Dark Elves.
After some discussion of currency exchanges, Bartrek offers them lodging with his father--also named Bartrek--and proceeds to leave to head back to the surface on a quest to find himself. The gang heads to Bartrek's house and discover they are half way between Torunn and Thain-win and on the right path. Unfortunately, the road to Torunn has caved in.
To find food, the gang heads out into the city. Remnant meets a Dwarf who is incredibly excited to meet a Living Memory Stature. He offers to clear the road for the group. "From one dwarf to another..."
Besides the Dwarf, no one in Zircon wishes to discuss "Old Torunn" or Lolth.
It is discovered that Garret Delf and his group are imprisoned in this town for supposed stealing. And in the final moments of the day, Hadarri gets a call from his daughter... Amo Thess is on his way to find whatever discovery Hadarri is onto.
