Jacoe

One of the few cities still under a monarchy, it is currently ruled by the primary family line, King Arthur Jacoe and his wife Queen Elsbeth Jacoe (formerly of house Pence).

Jacoe is ruled by a long standing (but peaceful) monarchy. It is a city of high society and is very dense. Most humans who live here have long families that have been in this city since its founding.

History

• The Grief Riders of Pelor were founded in this city in 0SD by Hilaw and Jackson Jacoe.
• In 4009SD, four of the royal children were stolen by Alswing The Damned when he sailed off to the sea.
