A neutral organization in Turon founded to keep the lands safe and clean. In 8218YBW, the Elves, Humans, and Dwarves founded the organization as peacekeeping force who have remained neutral in all wars and conflicts. Their headquarters exist in Highland Crossing.

Each major city in Turon has a small office to support RTFA members (with 2-5 individuals working on site).
