A neutral organization in Turon founded to keep the lands safe and clean. In 8218YBW, the Elves, Humans, and Dwarves founded the organization as peacekeeping force who have remained neutral in all wars and conflicts. Their headquarters exist in Highland Crossing.
The governing council of the organization has, and will always have, one representative from each of the major factions in Turon: an elf, a human, a dwarf, and a gnome.
Most major cities west of the Sliding River in Turon have a small office to support RTFA members (with 2-5 individuals working on site).
