The Dwarven Wedding Session 16
Session #16 of The Dwarven Wedding.

Summary
The group is awoken by a sudden BOOM and woosh of dark magic. Remnant has a new personality Bashrah. She claims to have stopped the Dragon Wars... with Kilnror, a dragon who turned the tide of the war by becoming a traitor to his people in order to prevent destruction of the known world.
After a joke, Verity spends a large part of the conversation topless--leaving Hadarri very embarrassed. Ultimately, there is a lot of confusion. Everyone just wants Remnant back, Bashrah doesn't want to go, but she provides some information about the inner workings of Remnant, and Hadarri takes vigorous notes.
There is an index of memories (souls? people?) within Remnant that can be used to call up specific memories to talk to, but it has been lost (or destroyed?).
Redfurl shows up, claiming that if there's Underdark to vanquish, he wants to come with the group, but they have to go. His magic tablet says that Hextor is in this plane. His tablet is all built on magic spells and finding deities and he's never had a chance to use it (in his 100 years of having it). He's very surprised that it works.
Verity promises Bashrah that if she relieves herself of using Remnant's body, she will bring her back to answer questions about her clan Isbarnet (bronze Dragons/dragonborns).
Verity casts a charm spell on Bashara after Hadarri misses a hit on Remnant's neck (which was used to "wake" him up before).
Bashrah describes how she got out of the "jail" she was in within Remnant, which also explained how Hextor was free--meaning at some point, someone trapped Hextor WITHIN Remnant.
Suddenly, Bashrah is gone. Luana steals Redfurl's tablet and he's not too pleased. He leaves to get his supplies to find the tablet. Meanwhile, Hadarri and Remnant go to announce Hadarri's sabbatical, his co-workers are VERY impressed by Remnant in general.
Back at Hadarri's, Hadarri packs while everyone else ready's the cart to leave.
Luana returns the tablet after Redfurl casts Locate Object...
The gang sets out to the mines to find the Old Road to Torunn.
After a day's travel in the mine, they rest. Hadarri is used to a certain lifestyle... this is the road. The next day, they come to an underground bridge, 400ft long that crosses a crevasse that goes further than they can see. They all leave the cart, making it less heavy. No one trusts the stone bridge.
Suddenly, they are attacked by Bat monsters, they run for it, worrying they'll be knocked off. They run to the end of the bridge where the walls go up and a path is cut into the stone. Remnant seals them in. And they follow the path...
