In The Dwarven Wedding campaign, Lyr is the brother of the goddess Lolth (and cousin to Titania).

Description

Lyr is a god of water and flesh. He exists in the darkest depths of the sea, but can be found walking the calm waters of a windless night, on a waning or new moon. His hair is of dark seaweed green, flecked with pieces of shattered pearls. His eyes are pitch black, absorbing light all around him. His fingers are lined with silver rings and charms. The clothing he wears is that of tattered ships, dead sailors, and netting. He walks barefoot on webbed feet, leaving dark scales in the sand of the mighty ocean.

To be lost at sea is to be deep in the eyes of Lyr. He is the commander of the great Kraken, a beast of one thousand tentacles and a hundred eyes. His laugh shatters the sea and creates solid waves that can devour small islands.
