The Cutters

A larger ganger group in the sprawl, The Cutters were once an organized group that revolved around drug running and grand theft. While being a violent gang, they're fairly accepting of outsiders. The gang is composed of all metahuman types except elves, due to their longstanding war with The Ancients, and all-elf gang.

Since the death of their former leader, Blake Templeton, they've become less organized. Once focused on their revenue, they've become less concerned about the bottom line and more about reputation.

Violent. Loud. The epitome of "pink mohawk".
