A tall lanky elf with blond, slicked-back hair. He has a stately dress-sense and a perfect smile. Everything tailor-made to win you over.
An old contact/frenemy of our protagonist Deadman, The Archduke works in much the same way, albeit minus the novacoke addiction. The Archduke hits big scores and big scores only, often altering the political landscape, destabilizing global corporations and criminal organizations alike.
