Portsmith (city)

Portsmith is, if only by sheer size) the "capital" of Turon. It's mostly human, if only by slight majority and is the New York City of the land. It has been the place of neutral territory for multiple accords in the past and is ruled by a weak monarchy (family Paresh), but mostly by a parliament. As such a large city, it is still very diverse and welcomes all religions and peoples.
The Paresh are friendly with the people of Marsh (the Gurmoah).
