Thain-Win (city)

An old elven city in the northern mountains. They have a history with the Drow. Thain-win is an academic city of Elves and truth seekers.

This city is home to the "Angel Elves" who have given themselves to the air elementals of the magic clouds that live above the city. These elves travel to and from the clouds delivering messages to the council as guidance.

City Information

This city is ruled by a council of nine elves (three from each family), elected every twenty years:

  • Sadron (son) of the Cloud
• Haevaul
  • Earathea (daughter) of the Light
