A larger ganger group in the sprawl, The Cutters were once an organized group that revolved around drug running and grand theft. While being a violent gang, they're fairly accepting of outsiders. The gang is composed of all metahuman types except elves, due to their longstanding war with The Ancients, and all-elf gang.
Since the death of their former leader, Blake Templeton, they've become less organized. Once focused on the organization as a business, they've become less concerned about the bottom line and more about reputation, turning to violence more often and more quickly.
