Kingsley Archibald is the leader of the Piccadilly Boys, and an old contact/frenemy of our protagonist Deadman. The Archduke has a network that allows him to push and prod at the existing structures of society, creating space form himself and his gang as well as using his connections to leverage those around him. The Archduke hits big scores and big scores only, often altering the political landscape, destabilizing global corporations and criminal organizations alike.
